1 package HENGLEIN pizza bread (380 g)
20 g of dried, preserved in oil tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
30 g of grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon chopped almonds
1 teaspoon tomato paste
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation:

Unroll the dough with the baking paper on a baking sheet and prick the top with a fork.

Puree tomatoes, oil, Parmesan, almonds and tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Spread pesto on the dough, roll up tightly and cut into slices about 2 cm thick with a sharp knife.
